Kelly Katzmarek fostered an environment that gave me the freedom to grow into my role at the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra. She acted as a foundation and advisor to the team while working there and gave us the support needed to do our best in a sometimes turbulent office environment. She worked with me to find an accommodation to our typical work schedule, allowing me to adjust my hours so I could continue to deliver my best efforts while in the office. She is a leader who brings the best out of her team, meeting them at their level and advocating for them to continue to develop their professional skills. Kelly is the type of supervisor that people hope to have in a workplace.
